Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a Regional CDL-A Driver to service a dedicated lane network across California, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Trainees are welcome and paid training is provided, with potential for growth.

Expect pay from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile, with weekly average earnings around $1,500 and top earners at $1,800. Home every two weeks, day and night dispatch, weekend work required, based out of Grandview, WA.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving history with limited violations.
• 6+ months of recent OTR experience, or a 120+ hour CDL school certificate for trainees.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5–10 years, none in a commercial vehicle.
• Must pass standard background checks and hair/urine drug testing

Responsibilities

• Operate on a regional route network across CA, ID, OR, UT, WA.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:

• Start at $0.60 per mile and climb to $0.70 based on verifiable experience, with regular scheduled increases built in
• Average weekly earnings of $1,500, top 30% makes $1,800
• $10.00 stop pay, $25 short haul pay for loads under 50 miles
• Home every two weeks, both day and night dispatch available, weekend work required
