Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking Regional Class A CDL drivers, trainees welcome, to cover a high-volume regional loop across CA, NV, OR, WA, UT, and ID. Expect steady work, clear expectations, and competitive pay from day one.

Home time every 14 days with day/night shifts and weekend availability. 100% no-touch freight, with reefer trailers and live loads/unloads as needed. Trainees get paid mentorship during on-the-road training.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ with a valid CDL-A.
• Recent CDL grads (120+ hr school) OR 6+ months verifiable OTR experience in the last year.
• Clean driving history (Max 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major accidents in 5 years).
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years (Never in a commercial vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Drive a regional loop across CA, NV, OR, WA, UT, and ID.
• Haul 100% no-touch freight with drop & hook; assist with live loads/unloads as needed.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery while adhering to company policies.

What Youll Earn

Weekly Average: $1,200 $1,500 (Top performers reach $1,800/week)

First 90 Days Safety Net: $1,000 weekly pay guarantee once you go solo

Additional Compensation: $15 stop pay + OTR rates for short-haul trips

Shift & Home Time

Home Time: Every 14 days

Schedules: Day/Night shifts with weekend availability required

Holidays: Flexible scheduling arranged through your lead coordinator

Hauling: Temperature-controlled freight (Reefer)

Workload: 100% No-Touch Freight (approx. 60% Drop & Hook, plus live loads/unloads)

CDL Student & Trainee Program

Just finished CDL school? Well help you get on the road:

Prerequisite: 120+ credit hours from an accredited trucking school

Paid On-the-Road Training: $850/week fixed pay during 4 to 6 weeks of mentorship

Fast Track: Full solo pay rate immediately upon completion
