Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry-van driving. You’ll train with support, then move into an assigned late-model tractor and run consistent regional miles with mostly no-touch freight.

Pay starts during training and then advances to $1,600–$1,800 per week after training. Benefits begin on day one, with 401(k) matching and paid time off, while you stay close to home on a weekly cycle.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with ELDT completed through FMCSA-registered provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Enrollment in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training with support and transition to assigned late-model tractor.
• Operate on a regular regional schedule with weekly home time.
• Perform no-touch regional dry-van freight, many drop-and-hook loads.
• Drive a Freightliner or Kenworth tractor assigned after training.
• Attend paid orientation and participate in safety and performance programs.
