Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry van roles. You will train with support, move into an assigned late-model tractor, and run consistent regional miles with mostly no-touch freight.

During training you earn $850 per week. After training, expected weekly pay is $1,600–$1,800 with direct deposit every Friday. Benefits start day one and include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life, AD&D, 401(k) with company match, and pet/rider policies.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A graduates encouraged to apply.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Clean driving record and meet company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry-van routes with weekly home time.
• Train with support and transition to assigned late-model tractor.
• Complete required safety and performance protocols.
