Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry van roles. You will train with support, move into an assigned late-model tractor, and run consistent regional miles with mostly no-touch freight.

Pay starts at $850 weekly during training, then $1,600–$1,800 weekly after training. Benefits begin day one, with 401(k) matching and paid holidays. Weekly direct deposits, safety bonuses, and generous rider policies are included.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and active.
• ELDT training completed through an FMCSA-registered provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van with regular weekly home time.
• Train during paid training and transition to assigned tractor.
• Deliver no-touch freight with potential drop & hook loads.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT standards.
