Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry van positions. You will train with support, move into an assigned late-model tractor, and run consistent regional miles on mostly no-touch freight with weekly home time.

Pay starts with training at $850 per week, then post-training earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week. Direct deposit Fridays. Benefits begin on day one including health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
• Enrollment in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with weekly home time
• Drive assigned late-model tractor
• No-touch freight when possible and drop/hook loads
