Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry van roles. You will train with support, move into a late-model tractor, and run regional miles on mostly no-touch freight with home time every week.

Training pays $850 per week, and after training you can expect $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required for employment.
• ELDT completion through FMCSA-registered provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction must be completed.
• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with regular home time.
• No-touch freight on a majority of loads; drop & hook where possible.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet DOT requirements.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
