Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry van positions. You will train with support, move into an assigned late-model tractor, and run consistent regional miles on mostly no-touch freight. Pay during training is $850 per week, with post-training pay of $1,600–$1,800 per week.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A and ELDT-completed training.
• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Enrollment in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse required.
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van freight on a paid training program transitioning to a late-model tractor.
• Maintain on-time performance with weekly home time.
• Handle commonly no-touch loads with drop & hook where applicable.
• Follow safe driving practices and company policies.
