Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver to deliver foodservice products across intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight and overnight shuttle runs. Expect a 4–5 day work week with a night schedule between 11 PM and 3 AM, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $300 daily training pay during onboarding.

Route pay is based on miles, cases delivered, and stops completed. Benefits include Day 1 health, 401(k) matching, education assistance, PTO, and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 6 Months Commercial driving experience required.
• Foodservice distribution industry experience helpful.
• Pass pre-employment drug test; meet DOT/MVR requirements.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English; meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Ensure proper loading, securing freight, and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain daily logs and hours-of-service compliance.
• Unload freight, manage returns, and keep work areas clean.
