Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support food service distribution. You will operate tractor/trailer routes, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain safe, compliant operations across intrastate and interstate travels. The role emphasizes customer interaction and adherence to DOT standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test and obtain/maintain DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Drive and deliver customer orders according to routes and schedules.
• Complete safety checks per DOT regulations and report issues.
• Verify delivery with customers and obtain signatures.
• Load/unload freight and maintain secure trailers and docks.
• Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately.
