Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers to support overnight routes and hotel layovers. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, safe handling, and strong customer interaction across intrastate and interstate routes.

Training earnings start at $1,500 per week with potential to earn around $100,000 annually after training. Benefits include health, 401k, stock purchase and paid time off. Must be 21+, with 12+ months driving experience and a valid CDL-A.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has a valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure a new DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Performs safety checks on tractor/trailer and trailer as per DOT regulations.
• Inspects equipment and reports safety issues or repairs.
• Drives and delivers customer orders according to route schedule.
• Unloads products and ensures proper storage at customer sites.
• Completes required paperwork and hours-of-service logs.
