Job summary

Wagman is seeking a CDL A Driver/Grinder Operator to join our Grooving and Grinding team. Reporting to direct field supervision, the Driver/Operator safely drives tractor trailers and operates the grinder/bridge groover on construction sites.

The role requires experience with construction equipment or a willingness to learn, and a willingness to travel regionally. We offer a safety-focused environment on heavy civil and geotechnical projects, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, experience can replace diploma
• CDL A with tanker endorsement required
• Experience driving/operating heavy trucks on construction sites preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely drive large CDL trucks/tractor trailers to and from construction sites
• Operate grinder and bridge groover on site
• Load/unload materials and equipment as needed
• Assist with site cleanup and equipment maintenance
