Job summary

Synagro WWT, Inc. is seeking a field-ready operator to handle heavy and agricultural equipment, including front end loader and excavator, across multiple job sites. You’ll drive/operate trucks safely, load/unload materials, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining equipment and records.

Overnight travel may be required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a CDL Class A (preferred), and 2–3+ years of project driving or heavy equipment experience with a clean driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of project work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years commercial driving/heavy or agricultural equipment experience preferred.
• Safe driving record: No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years or DWI/DUI in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck/equipment in a safe manner at all times.
• Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination.
• Travel from job site to job site or plant to job site, may involve overnight travel.
• Clean bio-solids off truck/equipment before leaving the field site or landfill.
• Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the truck/equipment.
• Perform shop cleanup, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup.
• Maintain operation records.
