Wagman, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Driver/Operator for the Grooving and Grinding team. You will report to field supervision and drive tractor trailers to construction sites while operating a grinder/bridge groover on site.
Requirements include a CDL A with tanker endorsement, ability to drive manual/automatic, and at least 1 year on construction sites. Travel regionally to PA, MD, VA; this is a safety-sensitive role with federal contractor compliance.

We are currently seeking a CDL Driver/Grinder Operator with a CDL A to join our Grooving and Grinding team. Reporting to direct field supervision, the Driver/Operator is responsible for driving safely tractor trailer trucks and other trucks as needed. The ideal candidate has experience operating construction equipment and/or is open to learning how to operate safely. This position entails operating/learning how to operate our grinder & bridge groover on the construction sites. Other tasks may include but not limited to carrying materials and heavy objects, helping load and/or unload equipment from trucks, stacking materials, cleaning of job site, and truck inspections. This position works along with the entire Project Team to support the completion of assigned construction tasks and ensures all plans move forward to meet projected deadlines. This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.
This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
