Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Las Cruces, NM is hiring Class A CDL drivers to run a large regional network with home time every two weeks. New CDL-A holders are welcomed, with 4–6 weeks over-the-road training and guaranteed weekly training pay before solo pay.

Pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,800 per week gross depending on experience, plus $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus. Expect 1,800–2,200 miles weekly and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply.
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer.
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A tractor-trailer over a large regional network.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hours-of-service, and company policies.
• Support delivery and pickup operations while on route.

Las Cruces, the terminal is just down I-10 and the hiring door is open for new Class A holders. Get trained, go solo, and run a big chunk of the country without touching the Northeast.

Pay

• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross depending on experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
