NIS EXPRESS in Lubbock, TX is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for a regional fleet that keeps you in 27 states east of Denver. New CDL holders get paid training and a guaranteed floor once they go solo.

Average weekly gross ranges from $1,200 to $1,800, with a $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay during the first 3 months solo. Additional pay includes $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus, plus home time every 2–3 weeks.

Lubbock, this fleet runs like OTR but keeps you in 27 states east of Denver, no Northeast. New CDL holders get paid training and a guaranteed floor once they go solo.

Pay and Home Time

• Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,800 depending on experience
• First 3 months solo: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay

Paid Training

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $800 weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
