American Driver LLC seeks Alamogordo-area drivers for an OTR-style route within 27 states, east of Denver (excluding the Northeast). Pay scales with tenure: $1,000 guaranteed weekly for the first 3 months after solo dispatch, rising to $1,200–$1,800 weekly thereafter.

Trainees earn $850 weekly during training, then upgrade to full solo mileage rates. Routes cover 1,800–2,200 miles weekly, with home time every two weeks, weekend work, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome; 6+ months of verifiable solo experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card; 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR and background check; pass hair and urine drug testing.

• Operate routes across 27 states, east of Denver, excluding New England.
• Drive 1,800–2,200 miles weekly with live load/unload and drop-and-hook.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT requirements.

Pay

• OTR pay scale, average weekly earnings from $1,200 up to $1,800 as you build tenure
• $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Performance bonus program

Route & Freight

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks, with options to discuss alternate schedules
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekend work expected, holidays open to discuss
