Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL graduates for a full-time regional driving role on the Eastern Regional Fleet. You begin with paid one-on-one mentor instruction and then transition into your own assigned truck.

Training pays $850 per week, and after mentor completion solo earnings are expected to be $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Orientation is paid, with weekly or bi-weekly home time and no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school (≥120 hours).
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Participate in a paid mentor program before solo driving.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Communicate professionally and follow company safety policies.
