Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking a recent CDL school graduate to begin a paid mentor program, then transition to a solo driving role on the Eastern Regional Fleet. You will haul no-touch dry van freight with weekly routes and home-time options as you gain experience.

Earn initially a training wage of $850 per week, with solo earnings projected at $1,600–$1,800+ per week after completing the mentor phase. Orientation is paid and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training completed.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Satisfactory driving record and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight in the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Start with paid mentor instruction before solo driving.
• Operate an assigned truck after completing the mentor program.
• Maintain safe driving and professional communication.
