365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates to begin a full-time regional driving career on the Eastern Regional Fleet. You’ll start with paid one-on-one mentor instruction before moving into your own assigned truck.

You’ll haul no-touch dry van freight with weekly or bi-weekly home time. Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday, with benefits starting on day one including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Good driving history and clean record.
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid mentor program before solo operation.
• Operate an assigned regional truck on the Eastern Fleet.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and professional communication.
• Respond to dispatch and adhere to schedule.
