Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor-driven regional driving pathway in the Eastern Regional Fleet. You start with one-on-one mentor instruction before taking your own assigned truck.

You will haul no-touch dry van freight across the region, with weekly or bi-weekly home time. Training pays $850 per week; after mentor completion, solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and recent CDL school graduation.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training required.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Participate in mentor program and progress to assigned tractor.
