Job summary

The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented onsite Case Managers for the Georgia Housing Recovery & Rehousing Program (GA HRRP). You will conduct intake, verify eligibility, and assist with placement into temporary or permanent housing for disaster-affected individuals and families.

This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work independently while collaborating with partners, and a commitment to maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services, emergency management, or related field required.
• Prior experience in case management, disaster response, or housing programs required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person intake and eligibility assessments for impacted individuals and households.
• Support applicants through housing placement by collecting documentation and verifying eligibility.
• Provide case management and maintain confidential records per guidelines.
• Collaborate with program leads, site supervisors, and partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist with logistics and inform applicants of next steps.
