Job summary

Booster Market Manager role supports 4–8 express carwash locations in the Charlotte area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, service quality, and basic equipment reliability to keep all sites running smoothly and safely.

Under the Market Director, you will coach Site Managers, assist with hiring and training front-line team members, and manage labor during busy periods. You will monitor KPIs and implement plans to improve efficiency and member engagement across the area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in express carwash, retail, service, or field operations.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple locations preferred.
• Ability to travel daily between assigned locations.
• Comfort working around mechanical equipment and in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 4–8 express carwash sites.
• Coach and support Site Managers to build strong teams.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training front-line members.
• Review location KPIs and drive action plans for improvement.
