Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS) is seeking a Regional Carrier Representative to connect qualified carriers with freight and keep shipments moving nationwide.

You will build carrier relationships within your region, coordinate daily dispatch, and serve as the key link between carriers and shippers. You will negotiate rates, manage pricing, and dispatch loads while maintaining accurate records in our data system.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in carrier relations or brokerage roles.
• Ability to negotiate rates and quote pricing competitively.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing, inactive or potential carriers.
• Negotiate rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Dispatch carriers to loads and ensure high level of service.
• Update data systems with accurate information and manage a multi-million-dollar book of business.
• Act as liaison between carriers and shippers.
