Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a Regional Accounts Support Representative to back the Regional Customer Service team during peak volumes and absences. You will help navigate 11 regions across North America, handle freight pricing, bookings, and customer needs with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in marketing, sales, or customer service, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of education or training in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. geography and reading maps.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management preferred.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Account Representative duties during peak demand, absences, or evolving needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as liaison between customers and ATS teams.
• Enter pricing and load details, communicate pickup/delivery requirements, and coordinate with Operations.
• Secure credit approvals, verify customer credit status, and arrange COD loads when needed.
• Use industry knowledge to research opportunities, quote and book freight at market pricing.
• Communicate clearly to resolve issues and drive positive outcomes in all situations.
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to ATS values and culture.
• Assist with reporting, billing, credit issues, and customer portal updates beyond standard hours.
