Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking a Regional Accounts Support Representative to back the Regional Customer Service team across North America, handling peak volumes and absences. You will prospect for new business, solicit quotes, and book freight to maximize revenue opportunities.

The role requires adaptability, collaboration across internal teams, and confident navigation of diverse customer situations. Monday–Friday core hours with potential region-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer service, supported by 1-2 years of related education or training.
• Strong understanding of U.S. geography and ability to read maps.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Step in to fully support Regional Account Representative responsibilities during peak demand, absences, or evolving business needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as a liaison between customers, Operations, Credit, and ATS teams.
• Enter pricing and load details, communicate pickup/delivery requirements, and partner with Operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Secure credit approvals, verify customer credit status, and arrange COD loads when necessary.
• Use industry knowledge to research opportunities, quote and book freight, and ensure a high-quality customer experience at market pricing.
