Job summary

Harbour Healthcare in the UK is seeking a Regional Manager to drive delivery of business and quality targets across a portfolio of care homes. You will manage Home Managers, lead audits, and foster continuous improvement while building strong external relationships with regulators and authorities.

You will lead standardisation of documentation, support training, and ensure Harbour initiatives are delivered, with a focus on resident care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Broad experience of operating at a management level, preferably multi-site.
• Must demonstrate a caring ethos for residents and staff.
• Specialist knowledge of CQC regulatory frameworks and related bodies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly Provider/Compliance visits and sign off on Service Improvement Plans.
• Be present in Care Homes; monitor customer experience and support under-performing homes.
• Agree action plans with Home Manager and monitor progress and non-compliance.
• Support Home Managers through coaching, mentorship and development.
• Engage with CQC Inspectors, Local Authority and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Governance Meetings and present audit results.
• Deliver training statistics and organize training as required.
