The role requires strong financial acumen, budget oversight, and leadership across sites. You will collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to achieve facility goals while mentoring staff and maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and budgets.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and develop operating budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicate with hospital administration and other departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise department operations.
