Care Concern Group seeks a qualified RGN or RMN to lead clinical governance across 11 homes, providing expert guidance to regional leaders, Home Managers and clinical teams. You will embed safety, quality and person-centred care, and travel across the portfolio to support hands-on improvements.

As a visible clinical leader, you will interpret audits and safeguarding themes, strengthen practice, escalate concerns when needed, and coach teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified RGN or RMN with current NMC registration.
• Experience in care homes and multi-site governance is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the portfolio.

• Provide expert clinical guidance and oversee governance across 11 homes.
• Coach Home Managers and clinical teams to strengthen practice.
• Use audits, incidents and safeguarding themes to identify priorities and drive action.
