Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in management, marketing or related field.
• 7 years of demonstrated experience in Medical Device sales is required.
• 2 years management experience preferred, advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional business plan to grow new business and maintain current base; meet/exceed annual sales quota.
• Drives value propositions balancing clinical and economic benefits with key accounts.
• Builds and maintains physician/hospital relationships within the region and manages IDNs with Corporate Accounts team.
• Coaches and supervises Territory Managers, conducts regional trainings, and tracks progress through documentation and reviews.
• Prepares annual regional sales forecasts and evaluates market potential and expense estimates.
• Ensures regional pricing discipline and implementation of team selling strategies to exceed targets.
• Maintains industry knowledge and collaborates with leadership on product design and policy improvements.
