Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Regional Account Director for Cardiovascular to drive account sales in Minnesota. You will build strategic relationships with key accounts, align Kerendia use with patient care objectives, and develop a comprehensive business plan to achieve short- and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Regional Marketing and Sales teams, lead cross-functional pull-through, and maintain clear communication with customers while hitting sales targets and

Qualifications

Resourceful and analytical thinker with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
Business travel up to 50%.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Strong market insight.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional Bayer team to achieve objectives.
Develop and execute a Strategic Business Plan and Account Map in alignment with stakeholders.
Identify and access key stakeholders influencing Kerendia advocacy.
Lead and coordinate field sales pull-through.
Responsible for overall sales objectives in assigned key accounts, maximizing sales of Kerendia.
Position Kerendia for appropriate patient types to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared account objectives.
Maintain high level of communication with key customers.
