Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical, economic, operational, and logistical priorities of assigned health systems and translate into account strategy.
• Lead comprehensive Strategic Account Business Plans and Account Mapping with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive short- and long-term account strategies across stroke, thrombosis, and cardiovascular portfolios.
• Coordinate cross-functional Bayer teams to ensure unified strategy and execution.
• Lead and coordinate account planning calls with clear objectives, roles, and actions.
• Identify and maintain strategic relationships with prescribers, clinicians, administrators, and other decision makers.
• Synthesize customer insights and data into actionable account strategies; identify opportunities and barriers.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities and execution across Bayer teams.
