Job summary

Bayer seeks a Regional Account Director for Cardiology with responsibility across Washington, Alaska and Montana. You will build comprehensive account plans, align cross-functional teams, and promote Kerendia to key prescribers and administrators.

Travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on strategic growth and market access. Ideal candidates have a strong network in healthcare systems, prior pharma sales or market access experience, and proven strategic execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional Bayer teams to achieve short and long-term account objectives.
• Develop and execute a Strategic Business Plan and Account Map with stakeholders.
• Identify and access key stakeholders within the account influencing Kerendia Advocacy.
• Lead and coordinate field sales pull-through and maximize sales opportunities.
• Position Kerendia for appropriate patient types to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared Account Objectives.
• Maintain high levels of communication with key customers.
• Develop, manage and coordinate account strategy and data-informed plans.
• Synthesize information and incorporate data into Account Business Plans.
