You will deploy printers, troubleshoot issues, produce knowledge base articles, and coordinate with vendors while adhering to security requirements and schedules. A Secret clearance and technical training are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HV printer maintenance.
• Associate's degree or technical training.
• Certification in HV Printer Vendor Training.
• Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy HV Card Printers and upgrades to OS/hardware as needed.
• Review space utilization reports and maintain space requirements.
• Serve as Level II support for HV printer issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for projects.
• Apply configuration settings to maintain system baseline.
• Implement lifecycle changes from development to operations.
• Prepare written and oral progress reports.
• Manage critical patches and HV printer schedules.
