Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with HP printers and related devices is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and LAN/WAN knowledge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain HP printers, copiers, faxes, and peripherals on the network.
• Diagnose and repair printer malfunctions including hardware, firmware, and network issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update software and firmware as needed.
• Manage onsite parts inventory and coordinate with service teams for timely resolution.
• Interact with customers during site visits to ensure corrective measures and updates are communicated.
• Record tasks, upgrade hardware/software, and provide printer usage reports.
• Assist in maintenance agreements sales and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain OEM certifications and attend manufacturer trainings to stay current.
