Job summary

SATO America LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair equipment, train customers, and provide responsive service in mission-critical environments. The role combines field service and in-house bench work, requiring independent work, urgency, and excellent communication with customers at all stages.

You will travel regionally within a 250-mile radius, with overnight stays as needed, and collaborate with Product Support and other teams to diagnose

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certifications in electronics.
• 5+ years electro-mechanical experience or equivalent military experience.
• 2+ years of field service or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment at customer sites and in-house bench service.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely reporting.
• Travel within 250 miles and overnight as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory and proper service documentation.
