Job summary

LUV Car Wash is hiring a District Manager to drive performance across multiple sites in the California region. You will lead district-level management development and focus on financial results, working under the Regional Director of Operations and supervising General Managers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of district management experience, and strong skills in leadership, budgeting, and negotiations. Travel within the district is expected as needed.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance in the region by closely reviewing numbers with the General Managers.
• Develop and mentor district management teams across multiple stores to achieve company goals.
• Oversee daily operations and budgeting to ensure financial success of all district stores.
• Coordinate with Regional Director of Operations on goals for membership sales and retention.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies across sites.
