Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple car wash locations in the Inland Empire. You will lead General Managers, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage budgets and safety standards across all sites. Local residency within the district is preferred, with travel to corporate support centers as needed.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning to align locations with company goals and growth forecasts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or service industries.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred and proven sales/operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and profitability of multiple car wash locations within the Inland Empire district.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction through KPIs and strategic planning.
• Hire, train, and develop location managers; coaching for leadership and succession.
