Job summary

LUV Car Wash in the United States seeks a General Manager to own a site, build a winning team, and advance our mission. You will lead staffing, coaching, and daily operations while ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality customer service.

','The role partners with HR and the District Manager on people decisions, budget planning, and community outreach to grow volume and memberships. Strong leadership and operational excellence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a management role, hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience in car wash or automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and updates to processes.
• Provide development and counseling to AGMs and high-potential staff.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Drive local volume and sales through community outreach and marketing.
• Budget planning and forecasting with the District Manager.
• Manage payroll inputs and timely commission submissions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Foster customer relationships to grow membership sales.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage site labor to standard.
• Handle customer issues with District Manager to ensure retention.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with Facilities to minimize downtime.
