Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified systems administrator to monitor and maintain C2BMC systems in a 24/7 operations and test environment. You will provide first-level technical support to warfighters and perform initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

You will document events to the CWO, receive direction from the CCC, and assist with hardware/software installations under SMEs. You may create user accounts per ISSO guidance and participate in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Secret clearance required to access sensitive information.
Must hold DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher: Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, or CISSP.
Must maintain required DoD 8140 certification for contract duration.
Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Experience supporting operations & maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networks.

Responsibilities

Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC systems in a 24/7 environment.
Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter.
Initial troubleshooting of local C2BMC hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and report events to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO).
Receive tasking from the CCC for operations, test, and real-world events.
Assist with hardware and software installations as directed by SMEs.
Create and maintain user accounts as directed by the ISSO.
Rotate through 24/7 shift work, including occasional night/weekend coverage.
