JOIN OUR TEAM AS A REGIONAL BUSINESS OFFICE DIRECTOR!
The Regional Business Office Director (RBOD) is responsible for providing leadership, direction, management, and administration of departmental operations and services to ensure accomplishment of strategic objectives. This position ensures maximum collection efficiency of operations within the Business Office.
The Regional Business Office Director is responsible for the direction and oversight of the following: Financial Counseling, Revenue Integrity, Billing, Revenue Cycle Collections, Payment Posting, and Denial Management. This will include an accurate, timely and consistent performance of all functions pertaining to Accounts Receivable.
Travel is required three weeks per month, unless approved in writing by the direct supervisor. Director will assume the Lead Site duties when vacant as assigned.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred; and/or have previous Revenue Cycle Management experience.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a multi-faceted business office preferably in a health-care setting, with two (2) year supervisory/management experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Experience with computers and business software programs, specifically Excel.
