This Regional Business Manager is responsible for business development and sales for all service offerings provided by the Life Science Solutions Diversified Laboratory Repair (DLR) team. You will bring customer-centric thinking, a passion for building relationships, and a growth mindset to a growing service organization.
As a skilled salesperson, you will be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to all stakeholders – including project-level staff, engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership. The focus of this role is to build a pipeline of services sales opportunities, transition opportunities into bookings, create customers for life, and build a sales team to support a growing services business.

Where is the work :
This position has been designated as Remote with a Geography and will be supporting sales activities in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area of the United States. The office is in Raleigh, NC.

Compensation :
Total Target Compensation : $160,000 - $190,000 inclusive of base salary and incentive
Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
