The Regional Business Manager (RBM) for LSD is responsible for leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable strategies to assist healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the early diagnosis of patients within the rare metabolic space. The RBM will establish impactful relationships with physicians and accounts within their geographic area by providing scientific data and in-depth knowledge of the Takeda Rare Disease portfolio, focusing on Lysosomal Storage Disorder products.
Through strategic data analysis and business planning, the RBM collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to provide educational resources and tools necessary for early patient diagnosis and treatment. The RBM will educate and raise awareness about specific Lysosomal Storage Disorders, Gaucher Disease, and Hunter's Syndrome (MPS II), including signs, symptoms, and differential diagnosis processes, and inform on Takeda treatment options. When appropriate, the RBM partners with cross-functional teams to integrate resources and facilitate therapy for patients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $138,400 to $190,300, with potential incentives, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and other employee benefits. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
