Job description

Our strong legacy in LSD is guided by our patient-first approach, ensuring each patient we serve is valued and supported during their journey. We understand the importance of a timely and accurate diagnosis, and are committed to supporting the diagnostic journey and increasing equitable access to care. Because symptoms can vary and progress differently from person to person, we aim to empower patients, HCPs, caregivers, and impacted communities with comprehensive support and resources to meet their evolving needs.

Regional Business Manager LSD

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) for LSD is responsible for leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable strategies to assist healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the early diagnosis of patients within the rare metabolic space. The RBM will educate and raise awareness about specific Lysosomal Storage Disorders, Gaucher Disease, and Hunter's Syndrome (MPS II), including signs, symptoms, and differential diagnosis processes, and inform on Takeda treatment options. When appropriate, the RBM partners with cross-functional teams to integrate resources and facilitate therapy for patients.

  6. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts, considering regional healthcare market and patient dynamics.
  7. Attend conferences and exhibits to raise disease state awareness; plan and execute disease state and product programs using approved vendors.
