Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Business Director - West at Neurolens. The RBD will oversee business operations in the western region, develop and implement strategic plans, manage and lead a team, and drive sales growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coaching team members, building relationships with eyecare practices, and promoting Neurolens products. The role involves leading 6 Territory Account Managers across Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona, with regular co-travel to support team performance.
