Our team offers staffing and solutions-based services across the biopharma clinical trial process, including support providers like CDMO and analytical labs. We provide the talent and guidance necessary for success — from early research through FDA approval and beyond.

What you get to do:

  • Identify and generate new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, and relationship building.
  • Focus on and generate business through new sales in large accounts, often dealing with senior management.
  • Develop strategies and skills to improve sales productivity; lead by example.
  • Manage sales and delivery of products/services to meet goals; implement business plans; manage multiple sites and budgets.
  • Foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and key client relationships.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Establish pricing with field management for quotes and bids aligned with financial goals.
  • Exceed client satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans for large accounts.
  • Manage and direct Account Representatives and/or Business Development Managers.
  • Perform prospecting activities to identify qualified new business opportunities.
  • Use consultative sales strategies to overcome objections and maximize sales within territory.
  • Make sales presentations and follow-up with prospective accounts.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain good public relations and develop new business networks.
  • Collaborate internally to develop tailored sales presentation materials and ensure account alignment with service resources.

What you need to bring:

  • 5–7 years of staffing industry business development experience.
  • Professional experience within Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven success selling large, complex accounts and managing projects.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong consulting, leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience documenting project and client requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; additional education preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Mail, Calendar, and shared drives.
