What you’ll do:

The Market Director, Business Partner supports the overall business plan as aligned by the organization, focusing on employee relations, regulatory requirements, Human Resource Director competency & performance management, and executing HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Division AVP of Human Resources, Facility Officers, and other leadership team members.
• Coach and mentor facility HR teams to drive positive employee experiences and create highly engaged employees.
• Influence business decisions with data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Support the execution of the human resource strategy as a subject matter expert in specialized HR functions.
• Act as a liaison and advocate for local HR departments with the Health Support Center.
• Operate independently to ensure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Drive compliance and consistency across the hospital system, including HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• Experience: 7 years of HR-related experience in Acute Care.
