This is a full-time, remote position for a Regional Business Director - Northeast at Neurolens. The RBD will oversee business operations in the northeastern region, develop strategic plans, manage a team, and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coaching team members, building relationships with eye care practices, and supporting 6 Territory Account Managers across 15 states. Regular co-travel with TAMs will ensure team support and leadership to meet results.
