Key Responsibilities:

Manage & Grow a remote team of MCA brokers—train, track performance, and drive results

Optimize Sales Strategies—refine scripts, improve closing tactics, and ensure efficiency

Ensure Smooth Deal Flow—streamline lead handling, underwriting coordination, and lender submissions

Expand & Recruit—build a team of top performers and foster a winning culture

Leverage Lender Relationships—work closely with funding partners to secure the best offers

Monitor KPIs & Compliance—ensure high conversion rates while maintaining ethical sales practices

What We’re Looking For:

️ 5+ years of MCA experience (Brokerage, Funding, or Sales Leadership)

️ Strong understanding of lender guidelines, underwriting, and deal structuring

️ Proven ability to manage & scale a remote sales team

️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

️ Tech-savvy—experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive, Ringio, or similar

️ Excellent leadership & communication skills
