Job summary

Lineage in Novi, MI is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive/Account Manager with a strong background in Food Service and/or cold storage to drive new business and expand existing relationships. The role covers Domestic and Cross-Border opportunities with a hybrid field/office presence in Michigan.

You will own the customer relationship end-to-end—from business development and onboarding through ongoing management and growth, with travel across assigned territories required to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in sales and/or sales management; preferably B2B; food or logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management including prospecting, selling and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close: identify high-value opportunities and drive new business growth across Domestic and Cross-Border markets.
• Own the funnel: manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Insights-to-Solutions: develop deep understanding of customer supply chain to tailor value-driven solutions.
• Deal and Revenue Management: maintain CRM activity and monitor revenue against deals, assist AR and customer data accuracy.
• Know the Market: analyze local competitive landscape and provide innovative solutions.
