Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a seasoned Business Development/Marketing professional to drive regional growth and promote the firm's PMCM capabilities.

You will develop multi-year plans, coordinate with Area/Regional leadership, and lead proposals, client engagement, and market analysis across public sector markets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the CM industry and public sector marketing practices.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop five-year business plan for region/area.
• Support development of a Fiscal Year Plan for region/area.
• Support five-year strategic plan for market segment teams.
• Establish hit lists, go/no-go proposals, and partner participation.
• Supervise regional marketing support staff when assigned.
• Involvement in strategic planning, business development (pre-RFP) and marketing (post-RFP).
